A. Once inside the event, you can STAY, PLAY AND LOOK as long as you want.

In 2014 we had a system where you just lined up at the door and purchased a ticket once you got to the end of the front of the line, most people waited 40 minutes, some up to 1.5 hours.

In 2015 and 2516 we implemented the Timed Entry System and no one had more then a 5 minute queue time.

Again this year, Bricktober is implementing a staggered entry system to help combat the long line from 2014.  Most people in 2014, queued for up to 40 minutes. Some up to 1.5 hours.

When you book, you pick an entry time, so you will know when you can get in.  No queuing up not knowing when you will be able to enter.

You enter in at your allotted time, and are free to look around at the displays for as long as you want.  When you are happy with the amount of time you have looked at the displays, you are free to head over to the Interactive Zone where we have the brick pit and building competitions along with the remote controlled vehicles. We also have an area where you can sit down and watch animated brick films.

There will also be merchandise available with various Lego retailers and sellers.

Refreshments will be available – cold drinks, coffee,  a sausage sizzle and other healthy options, where you can sit down and have a break.

You can stay for as long as you like even head back for a second look at the displays at any time you like.

A. Yes you can, the staggered entry system is there to ease the long  queues from 2014, since then we have used this system and it works extremely well, it controlls the flow of the crowds, you can enter any time in the 30 minutes after the entry time on your ticket.  It’s like a virtual queue and you know when you will get to the front.
